* Booking Confirmation: Bookings cannot be confirmed until the deposit is paid.
* Rescheduling:
* To reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 72 hours' notice.
* Rescheduling with less than 72 hours' notice will require a new non-refundable deposit of £20 to rebook

This service can be offered to your puppy once they are fully vaccinated, and before they are 6 Months old. This service includes a bath, dry, a gentle brush out, face and feet tidy up if needed, nails clipped, ears cleaned, hygiene areas to be trimmed and finishing with a spritz of puppy cologne/ perfume and a complimentary bow or bandana.

This is a pain free service for your dog and helps them with regulating their body temperature while limiting the amount of dead coat fall out.

This service offers a bath, dry and stripping of the coat either by hand or with a stripping knife and finishing with a spritz of doggy cologne/ perfume and a complimentary bow or bandana. This is required for breeds with wire coats such as Airedale Terrier, Wirehaired Dachshund, Jack Russell etc.

I offer a separate service of either/ both nail clipping and ear cleaning for those who do not wish to have their dog groomed. These services are offered within all of my grooms but as separate service I charge £10 each.

Declaration
In an event that any dog needs to be taken to a vet for emergency treatment, Soap & Pawry will need permission to administer first aid if needed and to obtain the emergency treatment for your dog at your expense if needed. Soap & Pawry should be notified of any preexisting medical conditions that your dog may have prior to receiving grooming services. Your dog needs to be up to date with all necessary vaccinations. You should understand that if any dog comes into Soap & Pawry heavily matted or knotted, they will need to be clipped out as the de matting process will cause your dog too much pain and suffering which is against the Animal Welfare Act 2006. However, permission will be asked before clipping out any matts or knots. If your dog is aggressive towards anyone within the premises, Soap & Pawry are granted permission to muzzle your dog so the groom can be conducted safely. In the event that fleas are found on your dog you need to understand that an extra cost on top of your final payment will be added. Soap & Pawry will also send dogs home early if fleas are present. If you suspect your bitch is in season, you need to contact Soap & Pawry within 24 hours of your appointment, this arranged appointment may be changed if male dogs are in the salon or after the bitch. Soap & Pawry does not groom bitches that are pregnant, If you suspect your dog is pregnant, you need to contact 24 hours before the groom appointment.
Soap & Pawry require a £20 non refundable deposit to confirm appointments, if this is not paid the appointment will be cancelled.
Important Announcements
As a dog groomer, I prioritise the health and wellbeing of all furry friends. While I love pampering your pups, I have a strict policy of not grooming pregnant dogs. Grooming pregnant dogs can pose potential risks to both the mother and unborn puppies. To ensure the safety and comfort of all, I kindly request that pregnant dogs be scheduled for grooming after they have given birth.

It seems some furry friends are getting confused with another Soap & Pawrey in Derby.
To avoid any upset, please double check which Soap & Pawry location you've booked with.
Important: I am afraid due to the deposits being non refundable (stated on my booking system) you will not receive your non refundable deposit back when booking with the wrong salon
Let's keep the confusion to a minimum and ensure your furry friends gets the spa treatment they deserve!
